The matter is listed today under the caption for being mentioned. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that this Court vide order dated 10.11.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.6924 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.8773 of 2020 had extended time to the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties. He would submit that some inadvertent mistake crept in the order and that the satisfaction Court has been wrongly mentioned as Judicial Magistrate-II, Erode, instead of "Judicial Magistrate-III, Erode". Hence, he seeks for appropriate orders.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the satisfaction Court in paragraph 2 of the order in Crl.M.P.No.6924 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.8773 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020 shall be read as "Judicial Magistrate-III, Erode" instead of Judicial Magistrate-II, Erode.

4.Further, two weeks time is extended from the date on which the order copy is made ready, to comply with the conditions. 02.02.2021 ksa-2 Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order and issue a fresh order copy.
