This Company Application has been filed by the applicant praying to condone the delay of 1345 days in filing the claim petition in File No.1056A/2014 - Claims in C.P.No.73 of 2000 before the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. The learned Official Liquidator submitted that he has no objection to this petition being allowed.

4. Considering the fact that the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application are satisfying and also, there is no objection from the side of learned Official Liquidator for allowing this application, delay is condoned and this Company Application is allowed.
