ORDER
[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner is the husband of the detenue - Kowsalya, aged 23 years. He has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent for production of his missing wife before this court.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the detenue is present before us. On enquiry, she has stated that she is not in the illegal custody of any body as she is living with her parents. Thus, we do not find any illegal custody involved.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement of the detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
