Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition No.5(c) The petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10:30 a.m until further orders,imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14833 of 2020 dated 29.09.2020. ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14833 of 2020 dated 29.09.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10:30 a.m until further orders

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14833 of 2020 dated 20.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m until further orders. The other conditions remain unaltered.
