PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records in relates to the impugned proceedings of notification issued by the 2nd respondent in Tamilnadu Gazzette no.VI(2)/270(b-1)/2014 dated 25.11.2014 and subsequent proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.3795/A3/ou.e.oo/2012 dated 26.11.2014 and quash the same and consequently allow the petitioner to continue as a Village Panchayath President in Thannilappadi Village, Keezhvelur Taluk, Nagapattinam District.
