It is seen that repeatedly he is seeking adjournment in this matter. The matter is pending in the admission stage right from the year 2014. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the revision petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
