In view of the fact that the respondents 1 to 6/plaintiffs have not taken steps to implead the Legal Representatives of 5th defendant who died on 16.05.2018. The suit and I.A.s got dismissed against the 5th defendant as abated on 04.04.2019 itself. Also, the respondents 1 to 6/plaintiffs have not taken any steps for impleading the Legal Representatives of 2nd defendant who died on 25.05.2021 leaving behind respondents 13-17 as his Legal heirs even though the respondents 1 to 6/plaintiffs were also residing in the same village and is well aware of his death. Hence, I am filing the present Revision Petitions with the new cause title showing defendants 2 and 5 as deceased and adding the respondents 13-17 being the Legal heirs of the deceased 2nd defendant.

2. Under these circumstances, unless and otherwise, this Hon'ble Court accepts the cause title in the present CRP, the petitioner would be put https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

vsn to great prejudice and irreparable loss. On the other hand, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents herein if the petition to accept the cause title is allowed.
