This Criminal Original Petition has been seeking direction to the third respondent to issue a Non-Traceable Certificate with regard to the missing original Sale Deed Document No.5776 of 1988 dated 12.10.1988 on the file of the SRO Trichy Joint 1, relating to the petitioner's property.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the prayer sought in the writ petition has already been complied with and a Non-Traceable Certificate was issued to the petitioner on 28.07.2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
