ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the father of the detenue, namely Sandhiya, aged 19 years. This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to produce the detenue and set her at liberty.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that during the course of investigation, it was found that the daughter of the petitioner eloped with the second respondent and Page numbers https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

she was secured on 12.12.2020. However, she was willing to go with her small father and custody was also handed over. Thereafter, on 13.12.2020 the complaint has also been withdrawn.

4. In view of the above, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
