ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 02.01.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.35238 of 2023, thereby directing the respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 21.07.2023 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months. 2.
The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent disposed the appeal filed by the petitioner by an order dated 02.05.2024. He also produced a copy of the order dated 02.05.2024, along with a copy of postal acknowledgement, before this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that so far, no order has been served to the petitioner.

On perusal of the order dated 02.05.2024, it was marked to the petitioner and the same was delivered to the petitioner on 09.08.2024. If any grievances over the said order, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
