The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondents to grant the copy application for the judgment and decree dated 23.12.2011 made in S.A.No.382 of 1996 by this Court.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that he has given a suggestion to the Registry to improve the procedure in handling the copy applications, to which, the Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the matter will be taken note and placed before the appropriate committee.
