ORDER
The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the third respondent to cancel the policy level approval granted to the fourth respondent dated 07.12.2018.
It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. That apart, on perusal of the records, it is revealed that the fourth respondent/Auro Mind Marketing Services, Pondicherry, was granted with Policy level approval in accordance with law, and as such, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the policy level approval granted by the third respondent in favour of the fourth respondent. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs. W.M.P.No.18665 of 2019 is closed.
