ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the condition of 6(b) and 6(c ) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.11996 of 2020 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, on the submission made by the petitioner that he will be furnishing title deeds of immovable property worth about Rs.5,00,000/- to the Credit of Crime No.835 of 2016. He would further submit that the earnest steps have been taken by the petitioner, but he is unable to find out the document and hence, he would seek for modification.

3. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed and time is extended for a further periods of two weeks to the petitioner shall furnish title deeds of immovable property worth https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
