This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records culminating in Crime No.455 of 2021, wherein, the petitioner was implicated as an accused on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the respondent police, on completion of the investigation, filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Mannarkudi on 22.09.2021 for the offence under sections 448, 420 and 109 IPC and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original petition is closed with liberty to petitioner to challenge the final report. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
