ORDER

Heard Mr.M.Chidambaram, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 3 and Mr.N.Srinivasan, learned counsel accepting notice for the respondents 2 and 4 and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2013 and dispose the same within a reasonable time and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent to pay the balance subsidy amount to the petitioner. 3.According to the petitioner, he was sanctioned a green house with solar light inverter and she has constructed a house according to the scheme and part of the subsidy amount has been released and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the remaining amount has not been released. Therefore, she made a representation to the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent, vide proceedings dated 13.09.2013, has directed the 4th respondent to submit a report in this regard.

4.In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the 4th respondent to submit a report as directed by the 2nd respondent after verifying whether the petitioner has completed the construction of the house as per the terms of the scheme within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the report from the 4th respondent, the 2nd respondent shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the report from the 4th respondent.

5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
