ORDER

Petitioner challenges the Prospectus issued for admission to Higher Secondary Course for the academic year 2010-2011 on the file of the respondents 2 and 3 and quash Clause 8(a) of the same in so far as it stipulates "having their residence in this Union Territory for three years continuously during that period" 2.A perusal of the records would show that the writ petition has become infructuous, as the petitioner challenges the prospectus issued in the year 2010-2011.
