Respondents in both W.P.'s Prayer in both W.P.'s: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to include the Petitioner's name in the Panel for the post of Assistant Director of Fisheries for 20142015 and to consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Assistant Director of Fisheries with all service and monetary benefits, within a time frame.
