Today, on instructions, both the parties submits that they are willing to go for Trial. The plaintiff is having the benefit of interim injunction in O.A. No.543 of 2023 since 21.06.2023. The interim injunction granted by this Court earlier on 21.06.2023 in O.A. No.543 of 2023 is made absolute and O.A. No.543 of 2023 is disposed of without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the defendant in the main suit.

2.Learned counsel for the plaintiff is not pressing A.Nos.5524, 5526 and 5527 of 2023. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle. Accordingly, A.Nos.5524, 5526 and 5527 of 2023 are dismissed as not pressed. 3.A.No.3112 of 2023 has been filed for combining the cause of action. 4.Learned counsel for the defendant has not raised any serious objection for allowing A.No.3112 of 2023.
