This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 59 days delay in filing Crl.A.SR.No.31055 of 2025 as against the conviction and sentence made in S.C.No.70 of 2023 dated 10.01.2025 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge at Ariyalur.
