The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that after registering the First Information Report, pending investigation, the objectionable video circulated in the Youtube has been withdrawn on 23.07.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the objectionable video having been withdrawn, nothing survives in the petitioner seeking Writ of Mandamus.
