Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings D.O. No.905/2014 - C.No.J1/27678/2014, dated 18.07.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all backwages and other monetary benefits along with service continuity. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 18.07.2014 of the first respondent suspending the petitioner from service.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, placing reliance on the order dated 06.12.2014 issued by the 1st respondent, submitted that the suspension order issued as against the petitioner has been revoked and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
4. There shall be no order as to costs.
