(Order of the Court was made by THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE) On hearing the learned Counsel for parties, we consider it appropriate to direct the respondent-University to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 29.1.2015, within one month of receipt of the order, by a speaking order. Needless to say that the aspect of the mandate contained in Section 4 of the Right to Information Act, 2005, would be looked into in this context. 2.The writ petition accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
