This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to Letter No.188/Adm.II/JA/F.Court case/2019 dated 31.05.2019 of the respondent, quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to confer permanent status to the petitioner from the date of completion of 480 days of service in 24 calender months. O R D E R
