ORDER

The II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur @ Poonamallee, in his request letter, has stated that the plaintiff has filed two petitions to implead the proposed petitioner as a plaintiff in the suit and to amend the plaint accordingly. The suit has been posted for carrying out the amendment and filing the APC. Therefore, he has sought for an extension of time of six months to dispose of the suit.

Taking note of the request of the Presiding Officer, time is extended by six months from today.

The Presiding Officer is directed to complete the trial within the time and report to the Registry.
