PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the tender notices in Tender Reference Nos.421/2024/E1-Road-1, 421/2024/E1-Road-2, 421/2024/E1-Road-3 dated 08.05.2025 (uploaded on 09.05.2025) on the file of the third respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to call for the fresh tender notice by affording sufficient time limit for the submission of tender as per Section 20(1) of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Rules, 2000 and direct the respondents to conduct the tender in free and fair manner by providing all the certificates including site visit certificate to the petitioner.

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the tender notices in Tender Reference Nos.421/2024/E1-Road-1, 421/2024/E1Road-2, 421/2024/E1-Road-3 dated 08.05.2025 (uploaded on 09.05.2025) on the file of the third respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to call for the fresh tender notice by affording sufficient time limit for the submission of tender as per Section 20(1) of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Rules, 2000 and direct the respondents to conduct the tender in free 2/4
and fair manner by providing all the certificates including site visit certificate to the petitioner.
2. Heard Mr.V.Elangovan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. When the matter is called for admission, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the very tender which is being challenged in this Writ Petition is going to be cancelled.
