ORDER
Since no adverse Order has been passed as against the respondents 3 to 6, notice to them is dispensed with. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the land of the petitioner and fix the boundary for the property situated in S.No.329/ 2 to the extent of 0.01.07 hectare situated at Natrampalli Village and Taluk Tiruppattur District by considering the petitioner representation dated 21.02.2024.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property originally belongs to one Kanchana and her family members, viz., the respondents 3 to 6. The sons of the petitioner bought the subject property from the said Kanchana and thereafter, they settled the property in favour of the petitioner through a settlement deed dated 04.01.2024. The grievance of the petitioner is that 2/4
though he has given an online application to the second respondent to survey his land and fix the boundaries, the same has not been considered by the first and second respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the first and second respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 21.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
