These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant and to bring on record the proposed parties/petitioners 1 to 4 as the legal heirs of the deceased Ammasi in C.M.A.No.215 of 2021.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in C.M.A.No.215 of 2021.
