This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 461 days in representing the above appeal.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, Chennai within a period of two weeks.

3.On payment of such costs, the Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
