2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the tax case revision and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.

5. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.M.N.Bharathi, learned counsel for the respondent.
