Even though, the matter is not listed today, Mr.Krishna Srinivas, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the Bank Guarantee amount has not been credited to the applicant's account without such credit a sum of Rs.4,36,79,962.02 has been claimed as a suit amount instead of the original amount Rs.3,86,79,962.02. Hence, sought for amendment.

3. Since Mr.B.Ravi Raja, learned counsel for the respondent has not objected for amendment, this Court is of the view to order this petition.
