[Order of the Court was delivered by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J] This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.34564 of 2019 dated 28.01.2020. 2.The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 Mr.T.N.C.Kaushik and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent Mrs.A.Srijayanthi would state that pursuant to the order passed in the writ petition, obstructions in the drainage channel have been removed and the drainage water entering into the land of the petitioner has been prevented. The respondents 3 and 4 have filed a letter to that effect. 2/3

3.In the light of the above fact, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
