This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 269 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow C.M.P.No.13868 of 2020.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed only on payment of cost of Rs.750/- each to be paid by the petitioner to the learned counsel for R1, R2 and R3 within a period of one week from today.

4.Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition if it is otherwise in order.
