The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2013 seeking for shifting of the water tank to some other place. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.A.Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the respondents have already shifted the water tank to Periya Theru and therefore, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3.Mr.D.Jawahar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the Writ Petition may be closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
