(Crime No.1197 of 2020) PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition directing him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., imposed by the Court vide order dated 04.09.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13660 of 2020.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13660 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020, that petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 a.m., until further orders

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13660 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
