She seeks time to obtain instructions. She also submits that a transfer petition has been filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

2. The applicant/plaintiff has filed an application to amend the plaint so as to correct the inadvertent mistake in the address of the defendant. The defendant has no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Upon examining the affidavit in support of the application and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, A.No.2859 of 2022 is allowed. Consequently, the plaintiff is permitted to carry out the amendments to the plaint on or before 29.07.2022 and serve a copy of the amended plaint on the defendant.
