ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.,) Prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 20.07.2021 and 04.08.2021 within a time frame, to be fixed by this Court. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the private respondents 4 and 5 put up construction of shops, without planning permission and the construction would affect the access to the petitioner's property.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would state that the 2nd respondent is the competent authority to consider the representations of the petitioner.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations. 5.In the light of the limited scope of the prayer, sought for in this writ petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsels, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits, directs the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the representations of the petitioner dated 20.07.2021 and 04.08.2021, after affording necessary opportunities to all the parties and such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
