(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P No.2484 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34927 of 2019 dated 26.02.2020,

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P No.2484 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34927 of 2019 on 26.02.2020, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and also charge sheet has been filed on 04.09.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P No.2484 of 2020 in Crl.O.P No.34927 of 2019 dated 26.02.2020, is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
