The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 24 days in filing this criminal revision against the order dated 04.08.2022 made in M.P.No.394 of 2022 in M.C.No.631 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
