O R D E R

The petitioner is presently working as Executive Officer, GradeI, in Karunguli Town Panchayat, in the District of Kanyakumari. The second respondent initiated proceedings against the petitioner and ultimately imposed the punishment of withholding increment for a period of six months. The petitioner filed a revision before the first respondent on 20.12.2011. However, there was no follow up action taken by the first respondent and the same resulted in filing this writ petition.

2. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner on 20.12.2011 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
