As regards extents not affected by litigation at the instance of the rival claimants, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the sale certificate was issued and registered in favour of the auction purchaser or nominees. By recording the statement, Comp.A.No.259 of 2022 is closed. It is open to the applicant to apply in relation to the balance extent of the land forming the subject of pending litigation.
