The matter is listed today under the caption for being mentioned. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had filed Crl.M.P.No.6988 of 2020 seeking for modification of the conditions and this Court by order dated 08.01.2021 apart from directing the petitioner to deposit original title deeds of immovable property standing in his name to the credit of R.R.No.9 of 2020, had also directed the petitioner to deposit Rs.4 lakhs by way of Demand Draft in the GST account of the petitioner's company and to produce the proof for such payment before the Court. He would submit that the respondent has refused to receive the Demand Draft and thereby, he seeks for clarification.

3. Mr.N.P.Kumar, Special Public Prosecutor for GST Cases appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent have no objection in the petitioner depositing the amount to the credit of their company namely 1/4

M/s.Giriya Enterprises holding GSTIN No.33AXDPL4347F1ZP and he may be directed to produce the proof of such payment before the Court. 3.In view of the above submissions, paragraph No.5(b) of the order in Crl.M.P.No.6988 of 2020 dated 08.01.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.10323 of 2020 shall be read follows;

(b) The petitioner shall deposit the original title deeds of immovable property standing in his name registered as Document No.1585 of 2020 dated 15.10.2020, at the office of Sub Registrar, Thiruvalangadu, to the credit of R.R.No.9 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (E.O.II), Egmore, Chennai. Further, the petitioner shall deposit Rs.4 lakhs (Rupees Four Lakhs) to the credit of M/s.Giriya Enterprises in GSTIN No.33AXDPL4347F1ZP by way of RTGS or cash and produce the proof for such payment before the Court.

4.Further, fifteen days time is extended from today to comply with the conditions.
