This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 13707 of 2024 on 14.06.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- to the credit of Crime No.57 of 2024 and two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to comply the conditions as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
