(Crime No.17 of 2020) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 11669 of 2020 dated 28.08.2020 "that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, Anchetty Police Station Krishnagiri District, everyday at 10:30 until further orders"

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 11669 of 2020 dated 28.08.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 11669 of 2020 dated 28.08.2020 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the District cum https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai, Krishnagiri District on the first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m until further orders. 5.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
