W.M.P.No.20548 of 2021 in W.P.No.19239 of 2021 M.SUNDAR, J., and HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., ., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'].

2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original 'impugned notices dated 14.07.2021 bearing reference Na.Ka.47/2021 issued by 2nd respondent' {hereinafter 'impugned notices' for the sake of brevity}.

3. Mr.T.S.Vigneshwaran, learned counsel representing counsel on record for writ petitioners is before this Court.

4. Adverting to paragraph No.7 of the support affidavit, learned counsel for writ petitioners submits that original impugned notices were not served on writ petitioners but the same were affixed on the doors of writ petitioners. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to paragraph No.7 of the support affidavit, which reads as follows: 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

M.SUNDAR, J., and HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., mk '7...... The original impugned notices were not served on us and the same was affixed by the 2nd respondent on our doors. Unless and until this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dispense with the production of the original impugned order, we would be put to irreparable loss and hardship, which cannot be compensated in terms of money and on the other hand, no prejudice shall be caused to the respondents in any manner.'

5. Owing to the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and nature of the matter on hand, the above reason is accepted for the limited purpose of dispense with prayer in captioned WMP without expressing any other opinion in this order.
