Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the application filed under Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by the respondents has been rejected and thus, there is no need to press the present petition, as the trial has commenced in the suit. 2.Original Petition is, accordingly, closed in the aforesaid terms, leaving the controversy on merits open to be tried in the suit.
