O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court dated 28.02.2014 in W.P.Nos.4333 & 4334 of 2014, the respondents passed an order on 11.04.2014. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner contends that due to efflux of time, the goods imported is highly perishable. The disputes raised are not existing as of now. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the writ petition.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. Further proceedings if any required to be made by following the procedures as contemplated under law. In the event of raising any such disputes, the petitioner is also entitled to submit his objections and defend his case in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
