Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent in mepgp2/123763/2014, dated 12.02.2015, quash the same insofar as it relates to the promotion of the respondents 9 to 19 as Superintendent in Tamil Nadu Ministerial Service and consequently, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to promote the petitioner as Superintendent with retrospective effect granting the petitioner's seniority and service that of Ms.S.Saralavathi and above respondents 9 to 19 in Tamil Nadu Ministerial Service and pass such further orders as this Court may deem fit in this case.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner had given a letter to the registry, dated 06-04-2016, seeking to list the matter under the caption "For withdrawal". Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner had sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.

2. In view of the above, permission is granted to withdraw this Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
