The petitioner has come out with the present Review Petition to review the order dated 04.09.2008 made in C.R.P (PD).No.2928 of 2008 filed against the fair and decretal order dated 24.07.2008 made in I.A.No.223 of 2008 in O.S.No.72 of 2003 on the file of Subordinate Court, Cheyyar.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already the suit has been disposed of and nothing survives in the review application and reported no instructions.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
