Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 30.04.2025 passed by the third respondent in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.9828/2025/X1 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to work in Pennagaram Panchayat Union.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 30.04.2025 passed by the third respondent in Se.Mu. Na.Ka.No.9828/2025/X1 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to work in Pennagaram Panchayat Union.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the when the petitioner was working as Junior Clerk with Computer Knowledge in the Panchayat Union Block, Pennagaram, she 2/4

was transferred to Panchayat Union Block, Nallampalli, and challenging the same, the petitioner filed this writ petition, however, in the absence of interim order in this writ petition, during the pendancy of this writ petition, the petitioner joined the transferred place i.e., Panchayat Union Block, Nallampalli on 18.06.2025. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that since the respondents decided to dis-continue the petitioner's services, the petitioner filed W.P.No.14862 of 2025 and the same is pending before this Court.

4.In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to canvass all the points in the pending writ petition in W.P.No.14862 of 2025. No costs.
