Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, Calling for the records of the 3rd respondent in connection with the order bearing Na.Ka.No.824/A1/2018 dated 24.08.2018 and quash the same.

O R D E R

The order of rejection, rejecting the claim of the writ petitioner to appoint her to the Post of Noon Meal organizer is under challenge in the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The reasons stated in the order impugned is that the writ petitioner is under-aged and therefore, she is not eligible to participate in the process of selection for appointment to the Post of Noon Meal organizer.

3.Under these circumstances, the writ petitioner is at liberty to participate in the process of selection after completion of 25 years of age and if any recruitment notification is issued by the competent authorities. Since admittedly, the writ petitioner during the relevant point of time, was under-age, the reasons stated in the impugned order is in consonance with the terms and conditions of the recruitment rules and there is no infirmity as such.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
